Columbus police are seeking more information about a deadly shooting on the city’s northeast side.

Police said Stacey A. Peck II was pronounced dead at 12:55 a.m. Saturday after he was critically wounded in an apparent shooting at 2381 Century Drive.

Officials were notified of the incident at 12:42 a.m. Saturday after a report of an unresponsive man injured. Mifflin Township medics pronounced 23-year-old Peck deceased soon after.

There are currently no suspects according to police, and the shooting remains under investigation. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call the Columbus Police Homicide Unit at 614-645-4730. Calls can also be made to the CrimeStoppers Tip Line at 614-645-8477.

Officials said this is the 27th homicide in Columbus this year.
