A suspect with a homicide warrant was arrested after a traffic stop in Circleville Saturday.
According to the Circleville Police Department, at about 5:59 p.m. Saturday, police stopped a black 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo for a minor traffic violation.
Police said during the traffic stop, a K9 officer indicated the presence of narcotics and an occupant in the vehicle, 18-year-old Malik Cameron Eaton was arrested.
It was later determined that Eaton had provided a false name and was actually Chaison Dewayne Suber. Police then discovered Suber had a warrant for his arrest out of Franklin County on a murder charge.
