Neal Raisman needs a new kidney, and he’s using his van to let everyone know.

Raisman, a former professor and college administrator, is suffering from kidney and goes to dialysis three times a week.  However, this is only a temporary solution.

After finding no donor candidate with his friends and family, Raisman decided he need to try something different to get the necessary organ.
He began to advertise on his van.

The sign reads, “Got Kidney? I need 1. Please call or text 413.219.6939.”

He says he has received a few calls and texts after people have seen his vehicle, but nothing promising yet.
