The man accused of firing shots that hit a COTA bus causing one of the passengers to lose an eye, has been acquitted on all counts.

The attorney for Anthony Saunders III said the jury unanimously acquitted Saunders on all 12 counts.

Amy Develvis was a passenger on the bus, and lost an eye as a result of that shooting.

Saunders could have faced up to 132 years in prison.
