Delaware Sheriff’s Office looking for bank robber

DELAWARE COUNTY, Ohio (WCMH) – At 4:20 pm Tuesday, a white man with “LOVE” tattooed on his left-hand knuckles robbed the First Merit bank at 1156 East Powell Road.

Police say the suspect fled eastbound on Powell Road in a black or dark blue Chevy Impala, late 1990s model.

He is further described as muscular, 6’1”, 180 lbs., fair-skinned and with facial stubble. He wore a black ball cap with a white letter C, a blue denim shirt, pants, and large women’s sunglasses.

When he entered the bank he was talking on a white cell phone. He handed the teller a note demanding cash. No one was physically injured.
