5 indicted for trafficking heroin

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced Friday that five people were indicted for heroin trafficking in Franklin County.

According to a release the individuals are:
Raul Nunez-Altamirano, 35 of Columbus
Anibal Lopez Acosta, 32 of Columbus
Julio Herrera Gomez, 26 of Columbus
Omar Enrique Sanchez, 26 of Reynoldsburg
Manuel Montero, 22 of Columbus

Indictments include one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and nine counts of trafficking heroin. O’Brien says Columbus police along with the Delaware County Drug Task Force and the F.B.I. seized a total of 9.5 kilograms or heroin and approximately $363,000 in cash.
