Delaware tailor accused of inappropriately touching clients

DELAWARE COUNTY (WCMH) — A Delaware County tailor is accused of inappropriately touching at least one female customer at his Powell shop.

Luis “Eduardo” Jimenez-Rojas, the owner of Dublin Tailoring & Alterations, is charged with two counts of sexual imposition.

Police documents indicate the incident occurred on June 3.

The woman Jimenez- Rojas is accused of touching asked NBC4 not to be identified. She said the tailor touched several of her private parts, while taking measurements.

Jimenez-Rojas said he is from Columbia, where he believes tailors measure clients differently than those who hold the same profession in the United States.

“Only just today, the men in Delaware told me ‘OK, this is no good here in this country,'” he said. “Now I understand what is no good.”

Despite saying he did not understand what is considered inappropriate, Jimenez-Rojas denied touching anyone’s private parts.

Jimenez-Rojas is expected in court on August 21.
