“Stay weird.” 7 to 92 year olds give advice on aging.

(TODAY Show) What’s the key to aging gracefully? CBC Radio’s WireTap posted a clip with advice from seven to 92 year olds about what they wish they could have told their younger selves.

Among the words of wisdom, “Stay weird.”

A 53 year old says, “Dear 51-year-old: One cat…is enough cats.”

A nine year old advised eight year olds to “find out your babysitter’s weakness. Then use it against them.”

And, an elderly man said, “Dear 91-year-old, don’t listen to other people’s advice. Nobody knows what the hell they’re doing. Signed, a 93-year-old.”

“Just do your own thing,” he continued. “That’s the way I see it.”
