Napoli’s Pizza building begins to collapse in Shelby

SHELBY, Ohio (WCMH) —  Just a day after the building was deemed unsafe by the Richland County Engineer, the building that housed Napoli’s Pizza in Shelby started to collapse.

According to Shelby police, the building began to collapse Thursday night, also damaging a nearby bridge.

Before the collapse, two people were arrested for trespassing after walking past barricades near the building, according to police.
