Man remains in critical condition after east Columbus shooting

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Police and medics said a man was critically injured Monday evening after being shot in the face.

It happened around 7:15 p.m. outside an apartment on Stratford Lakes Blvd., near Refugee Road.

According to police, 25-year-old Bobby Ellison was sitting in his car when he was shot in the face by an unknown shooter.

Police say the suspect then ran from the scene.
