Deputies said Moore is a person of interest in the drug trade and the human trafficking industry in the area.
Moore is described as a black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 205 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Deputies said he is known to frequent areas of drug trade in the Ross County area and should be considered dangerous.
Diana Willet, the mother of missing woman Wanda Lemons, said she recognizes Moore’s face.
“Sometimes you just don’t forget faces. I remember people by faces more than I do by names and he looks very, very familiar,” she said.
“He just looks so familiar, like she’s been with him or been around in that area where he’s been, so it’s very, very scary.”
Yvonne Boggs, Charlotte Trego’s mother, said she also doesn’t know him personally. But–
“I know my daughter knows him.”
Trego is also still missing.
“I don’t think she wanted me to worry,” Boggs said. “She just told me that he was bad news, he was dangerous and she was scared of him. I said, ‘if you’re that scared of him, Charlotte, stay away.”
