Fairfield Co. Prosecutor personally reviewing Angela Luke case

LANCASTER, Ohio (WCMH)– The Fairfield County Prosecutor says he is reviewing the case of Angela Luke, the woman accused of killing her husband during a domestic dispute.

Fairfield County Prosecutor Gregg Marx said in a release that he has spoken to Luke’s attorney and is reviewing the incident with the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office and the BCI.

Marx said he is personally working on the case, and that the investigation is expected to last at least 30 days.

According to Marx, the prosecutor’s office will not comment on the investigation until it is complete.

Angela Luke, who works for Pickerington Local Schools, is accused of running her husband Daniel over on Sunday. Their 12-year-old daughter called 911 before Daniel was killed, and told the dispatcher he was hurting Angela.
