Philly Cheese Steak Cups

One chopped bell pepper

Half chopped onion

Half cup chopped mushrooms

One pound of rib eye steak

¼  pound provolone cheese

1/3 cup milk

1/3 cup of heavy cream

Puffy pastry paper

Muffin pan

Spray oil


Stir the pepper, onion and mushrooms together, then in separate pan cook the steak strips,(add salt, pepper and garlic powder) mix the meat with the veggie mix, low heat, then add  third cup of milk and heavy milk.

Cut pasty strips to the size of muffin pan cups, layer the pan, fill with your steak veggie mix and bake for 10-12 minutes at 400.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle cheese( mozzarella) and return to bake until cheese melts, remove, allow to cool then serve, provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
