COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A suspect wanted for failing to appear in court has surrendered to Columbus Police after initially refusing to come out of his residence. Officers went to the home on Bruck Street a little after 4 today and the man refused to come out to officers. Neighbors were asked to leave the area and the Columbus SWAT team was requested to come to the scene. After about 45 minutes, the man surrendered and came out of the residence. Police have not said what additional charges the man may now face.
