Woman accused of beating up her own grandmother during robbery

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio (WCMH) — Deputies in Ross County are looking for a woman suspected of beating up her own grandmother during a robbery.

It happened at a home on the 12000 block of Pleasant Valley Road.

According to the Ross County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year-old Amanda Rue broke into her grandmother’s home, assaulted her, and took money from her wallet.

Rue is described as a white female standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. She has blonde hair and hazel eyes.

Rue’s last known address is in the Black Run Road area.
