COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH)–Investigators say three suspects worked together to steal multiple sunglasses from a store in the Tuttle Mall.
According to investigators, at about 3:30 p.m., November 6, two men and a woman walked into the Sunglasses Hut in the Tuttle Mall. Once inside, one of the men began to talk to the sales clerk.
Investigators said, while the clerk was distracted, the female stole two pairs of glasses from the display and left the store without paying. When the clerk chased the woman, the other man stole two pairs of sunglasses and he and the other suspect left the store.
The female suspect is described as a white female with a thin build, dark shoulder length hair and was wearing a black and red t-shirt with “TOTTALLY COOL” printed on the front, blue jean shorts, a red hooded sweatshirt with a front zipper and white athletic shoes.
The second suspect is described as a white male, who was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with a front zipper and black stripes on the sleeves, blue jeans with bold white stitching on the rear pockets and black athletic shoes with reddish-orange shoe strings.
The third suspect is described as a white male, last seen wearing a black baseball hat, a black long-sleeved t-shirt, dark baggy shorts with white and black detailing, and black shoes.
