Family’s Santa and Rudolph inflatables stabbed in front yard


HOUSTON (WCMH)–Deputies in Texas are searching for the scrooge who stabbed an inflatable Santa and Rudolph in a family’s front yard.

“For some reason Santa and Rudolph really made him mad,” owner John Minchew told KTRK of the suspect.

Minchew’s house is one of several in a neighborhood near Houston that is known for its Christmas decorations.

The lights are still on at his house but Minchew but he said when he came home Wednesday, he knew something was wrong. Rudolph and Santa were both almost deflated, and after looking Minchew could tell it was no accident.

Minchew checked his security camera and a about 2:15 a.m. a man with a knife attacked both decorations.
