COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — South James Road has reopened after a pole and wires were knocked into the roadway after an accident.
Columbus police said the road between East Livingston Avenue and Dover Road was closed for several hours after a vehicle struck a pole, causing it to fall into the roadway.
Medics responded to the scene just after 6:30 p.m. Sunday on a report of a vehicle crash. A white vehicle was discovered overturned and severely damaged near the pole, but no one was reported injured according to police.
The road was reopened by about 10 p.m.
