Lawyer: No charges to be filed against Mayor Coleman in sale of house

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH)– The lawyer for Mayor Mike Coleman says no charges are expected to filed in the sale of the politician’s former home.

John Zeiger, attorney for Coleman said, “I have been notified by the US Attorney’s Office that the FBI investigation involving the sale of mayor Coleman’s home has concluded, and no charges will be filed.”

The sale in question centered on the 2010 purchase of Coleman’s home by a Chinese businesswoman, who paid $520,000 for the house on Haddon Road in Berwick.
