Fire breaks out at Kraft plant in Coshocton

COSHOCTON, Ohio (WCMH)–A captain with the Coshocton Fire Department says a fire broke out Monday morning at the Kraft Foods plant.

When crews arrived  on scene, they saw heavy black smoke and flames from the northeast corner of the building.

The fire was quickly knocked down and no one was reported injured. The cause has not yes been determined.

The fire department said the blaze started near the new addition of the plant. That area is not open yet and is (was) under construction.

The extent of damage is still being investigated.
