Police looking for man who robbed 5th Avenue Chipotle at gunpoint

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH)–Police are looking for a man they say robbed a Chipotle just north of Grandview on Sunday.

The suspect entered the restaurant, located at 1298 W. 5th Ave, Sunday at around 9:50 p.m.

He pulled a handgun and demanded money from the employees, police say. The employees complied and the suspect fled with an undetermined amount of money.

The suspect was described as a black or Hispanic man, light skin, 5’8″-5’9″, 160 pounds, wearing a navy blue hoodie with “True Religion 71” on the back. He was carrying a silver and black semi -automatic handgun.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Columbus Police Robbery Unit or Crime Stoppers at 614-461-TIPS (8477).
