Two charged with endangerment after ‘serious’ child abuse case

LEWIS CENTER, Ohio (WCMH)–The Delaware County Sheriff’s office is investigating what it calls a “serious” case of child abuse.

The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home in Lewis Center on Jan. 13 on a report of physical abuse of a juvenile. Police say the victim had been harmed sometime in the last 24 to 48 hours.

The child, a boy, is recovering at a nearby hospital.


The two were indicted jointly on Jan. 22. Abdurahman M. Abdurahman, 23, was arrested Jan. 25 and charged with felonious assault and two counts of child endangerment.

Natasha M. Moore, 28, was charged with two counts of child endangerment.
