BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies found a suspect covered in grease. Multiple 911 callers said the Virginia man, Craig Bolin, 29, was acting in a suspicious manner, NBC South Florida reports.

Deputies found Bolin in Oakland Park. He’s charged with loitering and prowling. He’s also charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, NBC South Florida explains.

When deputies searched Bolin, they found brass knuckles in his pocket and a knife fastened to his boot. He did not tell deputies what he was doing.

He was released after posting $100 bond.
