Bomb squad clears scene of possible suspicious package at Wexner residence in New Albany

NEW ALBANY, Ohio (WCMH)–The Columbus Division of Fire’s bomb squad is clearing the scene of an investigation after suspicious mail was delivered to a home belonging to L Brands CEO Les Wexner.

The crews were called out around 4 p.m. to the area of Kitzmiller Road and Whitebarn Road.

New Albany Police Chief Gregory Jones said several packages were delivered, and one of them was suspicious.

“The address and return letter was in block letters,” he said. “They were unable to determine where it came from.”
