Over 1,000 without power in New Albany area after pole fire

COLUMBUS., Ohio (WCMH)–More than 1,000 people are without power in Franklin County as of 4:30 p.m. Friday, according to AEP Ohio.

AEP Ohio said the cause of the outage is a pole fire. Service for most customers is expected back by 10 p.m., and all customers by midnight.
