Director of Franklin County EMA and Homeland Security put on paid administrative leave

FRANKLIN CO., Ohio (WCMH)–Mike Pannell, director of Franklin County EMA and Homeland Security, is on administrative leave after allegations of misconduct.

The public information officer for FCEM&HS said members of the executive committee brought forth the allegations.

Pannell was appointed director of the agency in July 2008. He will have a disciplinary hearing on March 24.
