Dublin St. Patrick’s Day Parade route and closures

DUBLIN, OH (WCMH) — The annual City of Dublin St. Patrick’s Day Parade is set to step off at 11 a.m., but the festivities and road closures start much earlier.

The festivities begin with the Lion’s Club pancake breakfast at Sells Middle school at 7 a.m. Then, the inflation celebration starts at 9 a.m. at Graeter’s.

The parade steps off at the corner of Upper Metro Place and Frantz Road at 11 a.m. The parade goes from Frantz Road to Bridge Street, then east to High Street, then south to Waterford drive.

Parade participants then break and return to Metro Place South.

After the parade, the Blarney Bash begins at 555 Metro Place North.

Limited 8 – 10 a.m. Metro Place North from the Crowne Plaza Hotel to Frantz Road open one-way eastbound only for parade participants.
Closed 10 a.m. – Noon Metro Place North (westbound) at Frantz will be closed to all traffic during this time.
Limited 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Access to Metro Center through Metro Place South
Closed 10:40 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Frantz Rd. from Metro Place North to Bridge St.
Closed 10:40 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Bridge St. from Frantz Rd. to Riverside Dr.
Closed 10:40 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. S. High St. from Bridge St. to Waterford Dr.
Limited 11:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Waterford Dr. from High St. to Monterey Dr.
Limited 11:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Monterey Dr. from Waterford Dr. to Frantz Rd.
Limited 10:40 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Frantz Rd. from Longbranch Dr. to Metro Center
