Officers seize 10 firearms, drugs in Fairfield County raid

PLEASANTVILLE, Ohio (WCMH)–Officials arrested one person after a drug bust in Fairfield County on Friday.

Major Crimes Unit Detectives, with the assistance of the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team executed a search warrant at 304 S. Main St. Pleasantville, Ohio after a short investigation.

Detectives learned that drugs, including marijuana and methamphetamine were being used, sold and exchanged for cash and firearms.

Investigators say they also learned that a 22-month-old old child was living in the home and present when this activity was taking place.

Recovered during the search were ten firearms, two of which have already been identified as stolen out of burglaries in Westerville and Hocking County. Detectives also located a large amount of ammunition, drugs packaged for sale, drug paraphernalia, and additional packaging materials.

Gabrian T. Heisler, 22, was arrested at the scene without incident and is being held at the Fairfield County jail on drug trafficking charges. Additional charges are expected as the investigation continues.
