(KCRA) By day, the Arcade Creek Recreation Park in Sacramento, California is your average park — people walk their dogs and play sports.
“From sex and drugs, to the only thing we haven’t had yet is a shooting,” said Marty, who lives across the street from the park.
Marty, who doesn’t want to reveal his last name, said when the sun goes down, the park becomes a hotbed of illegal activity.
“People are doing things in front of my house they won’t do in front of their own,” he said.
So, he decided to do something about it. Marty put up high-tech security cameras on his property, which overlooks the park.
