OSHP seize over $31k in marijuana during traffic stop

LUCAS COUNTY, OH (WCMH) — Ohio State Highway Patrol Troopers said a Pennsylvania man was arrested after they seized 13 bags of marijuana during a traffic stop in Lucas County.

According to the OSHP, at about 3am, May 15, troopers stopped a 2007 Toyota Camry, with Pennsylvania registration, for an improper lane change on I-80 in Lucas County.

Troopers said a search of the vehicle, after criminal indicators were observed, led to the seizure of 13 vacuum sealed plastic bags of marijuana, worth approximately $31,710.

The driver, 27-year-old Michael J. Noble II, of Erie, Pennsylvania, was charged with possession of marijuana and trafficking in drugs.
