Late night storms bring damage, power outages

COLUMBUS (WCMH) – More than a thousand people in Franklin County remain without power after a series of overnight storms.

According to AEP Ohio, the biggest outage was in the Bexley where a line was down and a fuse was hit.

In northeast Columbus, AEP Ohio expects to have power restored by 1pm. The utility expects to have an outage in southeast Columbus restored by 3:30pm.
