ALEXANDRIA, OH (WCMH) –A reality so many feared has now been confirmed.
According to the Licking County Coroner’s Office, a partially decomposed body has been identified as belonging to Larry Hannah, 47.
The remains were found last week, on Hannah’s Alexandria property in the 8700 block of Jug Street.
“The numbness is starting to wear off and the anger’s settling in,” said Rosemary Madigan, Hannah’s mother. “There’s just no describing the pain that this has brought.”
Madigan, who lives in Florida, said she last spoke to her son in early May, just before Mother’s Day.
“My son, if he was not with me, he has always, always, always called me on Mother’s Day,” she said. “I got a text and that was it and it’s because of that fact that I think he had already passed at that point.”
Investigators are not releasing Hannah’s cause of death.
According to the Licking County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation is ongoing.
