Teen killed in Fayette Co. crash

WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, OH (WCMH) — Fayette County deputies are investigating a single-vehicle crash that left a teenager dead early this morning.

According to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, at about 12:53am, Wednesday, 17-year-old Jordan T. Fall, of Washington Court House, was driving a 2007 Pontiac G6 south on S.R. #729, when he traveled off the right side of the road.

Deputies say Fall lost control of the vehicle after trying to over correct it and drove to the left side of the roadway, striking a tree and a mailbox, before coming to a rest.

Fall was critically injured in the crash after he was ejected from the vehicle, and was taken by helicopter to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center where he later died.

Deputies continue to investigate, but said Fall was unrestrained during the crash.
