Reynoldsburg officer reunites with boy she saved 13 years ago

REYNOLDSBURG, OH (WCMH) — Fourteen years ago, Reynoldsburg Officer Michele Fulton saved the life of an 18-month old child. Today she was reunited with the boy.

According to the Reynoldsburg Division of Police Fulton arrived on scene on Priestly Drive to find 18-month-old Paul Bernay, blue and lifeless.

Fulton was able to open the boy’s airways, and he began to regain color and life. Medics would later transport Bernay to the hospital.

On Tuesday, 13 years after the incident, Fulton and Bernay reunited. Bernay, now 14, is a freshman at Reynoldsburg Livingston High School campus and brought flowers to Fulton.
