Woman searches for husband’s ‘angel’ after horrific crash on I-70

MADISON CO., OH (WCMH) — A woman from Pennsylvania is searching for a Central Ohio nurse who she says saved her husband’s life after a horrific accident involving three semi-trucks last week in Madison County.

Her plea on Facebook says:

“Searching for the angel nurse who stopped at the scene of a horrific FedEx tractor trailer accident on I-70 near Columbus, Ohio the evening of Wednesday, August 10.You held my husband’s bleeding head together and most likely saved his life. We are forever grateful and would like to contact you should you see this post. Please pass on if you know this angel 😇”

It was posted early yesterday morning and has been shared over 41,000 times.

The crash happened on I-70 between US 42 and SR 56 near mile marker 75. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, one person was taken to an area hospital by helicopter. At the time, the condition of the person was unknown.
