Police looking for suspect after late night gas station robbery

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man accused of robbing a Speedway west of Columbus.

It happened on South Galloway Road just after 1am on Friday. A suspect demanded money and implied he was armed. The store employee complied and the suspect got away in a newer model gray minivan.

The suspect is a white male in his late thirties. He weighs 155-160 lbs and stands 5’8″ tall. Police say he has a shaved head and tattoos on both his upper back and arms. He was last seen wearing a black short sleeved T-shirt with ‘US Army’ on the back and light gray basketball shorts.
