HAMPTON, NH (AP) – Ex-Poison frontman Bret Michaels says two thieves stole his cellphone while he was onstage during a recent performance in New Hampshire.

A post on Michaels’ Facebook page on Friday said the phone and other electronics were taken from the rocker’s dressing room during a concert at Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom on Sept. 1.

The post included an image of the two suspects and said that the items could be returned within 24 hours, “no questions asked.”

After the deadline passed, a second post stated that the culprits would be charged with criminal trespassing and felony theft of property if they didn’t return the items to Hampton police.

Thank you to everyone who has supplied information regarding these two individuals. Guys, we have been extremely lenient and we are giving you one more chance to return the items taken from our dressing room at Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom to attn: Sir Timothy Collins at the Hampton Beach Police Dept. by 6pm today Saturday 9/3/16 no questions asked. You are captured on video and the electroincs that were taken are worthless to you (locked and blacklisted making future use impossible). We will not negotiate and after 6pm today this will become a criminal case and you will be prosecuted for both criminal trespassing and felony theft of property. – Team Bret

Police say Michaels hasn’t filed a formal complaint.

Attempts to reach Michaels and Casino Ballroom officials were not returned.
