Columbus Police looking for pharmacy robbery suspect

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Columbus Police are currently looking for one man who robbed the Walgreens Pharmacy at 2140 E. Dublin Granville Road.

The incident occurred around 8:30 pm Saturday night.

The suspect approached the prescription window inside the store and displayed a gun to an employee. At that time, both the employees in the pharmacy ran to the back and the suspect jumped over the counter.

He grabbed medication from the shelves and ran back out of the store.

According to Columbus Police, the suspect is described as a black male with a thin build. He appeared to be about 6’1″ and 17 years old. He was wearing all black with white stripes down the side of his pants. white tennis shoes, and a black book bag.
