Police say no credible danger found at Cincinnati Zoo after threatening call

CINCINNATI (WCMH)–Police say there is no danger at the Cincinnati Zoo after someone called in a threat, according to WLWT. 

An unidentified person called the zoo and made a threat around 3:30 p.m. Police searched the area for a suspicious device and declared the zoo all clear shortly after 5 p.m.

About 50 guests were in the zoo, and were evacuated safely along with staff members. The zoo expects to open as normal Friday, police said.
