Columbus Police schedule sobriety checkpoints on east and southeast sides

COLUMBUS (WCMH)–Police say they will have two sobriety checkpoints in Columbus tonight.

The first will be on East Fifth Avenue near Sterling Avenue on the east side. Officers will be out between 9 and 11 p.m. Friday. The second will be on Alum Creek Drive at Memory Lane, in southeast Columbus, from 1-3 a.m. Saturday. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
