PANAMA CITY FLA., (WCMH) — Two Ohio men are dead and several others are seriously injured after a crash in Panama City late Friday night.

William Gouge II, 29, was pronounced dead on Sunday.

The Highway Patrol reports Cody Shirah, 21, of Panama City and his passenger, 21-year-old Kristun Tullier were headed south on Pine Tree Road when Shirah failed to stop at a posted stop sign and struck a Dodge Caravan on the right side.

Craig Jackson, 31, of London, was driving the Caravan and is listed in critical condition according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Joshua Martin, 33, of Columbus is also listed in critical condition.
