Firefighters respond to two-alarm fire in East Columbus

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Columbus firefighters are responding to a fire on the 2000 block of Brice Road.

The call came in shortly after 2:00 am Monday morning. The location is an abandoned building.

There were reports of a person possibly trapped inside when firefighters responded, but when they got there they found no one inside.

At this time the cause of the fire is unknown and will continue to be under investigation.
