PORTLAND, OR (WCMH) — We all miss Nora being at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, but with her latest video from the Oregon Zoo, it’s hard not to see she’s enjoying her new home.

The Oregon Zoo posted the cute video of Nora, September 27, which shows the polar bear rolling around in a tub full of ice and jumping into water.

Nora was born at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium in November 2015 and was raised by zookeepers after her mother stopped providing care.

She will join the Oregon Zoo’s polar bear exhibit after spending 30 days in quarantine. Zoo visitors will see Nora along with 31-year-old Tasul in mid-October. Tasul’s brother, Conrad, was euthanized in July after a tumor was found on his liver. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
