Police: 2 injured in north Columbus shooting

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Columbus Police say two people have been injured in a shooting on the city’s north side.

The shooting happened just after 9:30pm Sunday at the intersection of Clinton Street and Gerbert Road. According to Columbus Police, one victim was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. The other victim was taken to Riverside Hospital in stable condition.

Police say the victims have been identified as 17-year-old Tyler Tatum and 28-year-old Paul Fields. They both remain in stable condition with leg wounds.

Police have not released a description of the suspect at this time.
