WICHITA, Kansas (KSNW) — The three men accused of conspiring to attack an apartment complex where many Somali-American immigrants live appeared in a Wichita, Kansas courtroom on Monday.
The trio of Patrick Eugene Stein, Gavin Wayne Wright, and Curtis Wayne were appointed lawyers and ordered to remain in custody by a magistrate judge.

The criminal complaint says the men were hoping to set off an explosion to “wake people up” and had started stockpiling weapons.
