Former Pike Co. Probation Officer allegedly accepted sexual favors from probationers

PIKE CO., OH (WCMH) — Pike County Prosecutor Rob Junk says a former Pike County Probation Officer has been indicted on 3rd degree felony charges of sexual battery.

Charles Gregory Chattin was secretly indicted in September for allegedly accepting sexual favors from female probationers that failed urine tests.

Junk says Chattin was booked at the Sheriff’s Office earlier this week.

The Prosecutor tells NBC4 the Attorney General’s BCI investigated the case and a special prosecution unit will handle the prosecution.

Chattin is set to appear in court for pre-trial on December 5.
