NFL investigating Ezekiel Elliott for domestic abuse allegations

DALLAS (WCMH)–The National Football League is investigating domestic violence claims made against Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott, according to 

The Columbus City Attorney’s Office declined to charge Elliott after a woman claimed he assaulted her on five separate occasions in the offseason.

Investigators recently interviewed Elliott, who leads the NFL in rushing yards. The investigation is ongoing. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
