UPDATE: Indians Hall of Famer Jim Thome will throw the ceremonial first pitch at Game 7 of the World Series.

CLEVELAND, OH (WCMH) — Charlie Sheen posted a photo to his Twitter account telling Cleveland Indians fans he’s on his way to help.

“FEAR NOT, ‘BELIEVE’LAND!! My bag is packed, and help is on the way!!” Sheen wrote in the tweet along with a photo of his packed items, which includes beef jerky, a baseball, and Jobu, the shrine from the movie “Major League.”

Sheen finishes the tweet with the hashtag #GetMeVaughn.

With the Cubs seeking their first championship since 1908 and the Indians trying to stop a drought that dates to 1948, the stakes could hardly be higher.

Game Seven of the World Series is tonight at 8pm in Cleveland.
