Around 7:03 pm, a man walked into Subway and told the employee behind the counter to pretend he was making a sub and give him the cash.

The suspect kept telling the employee to hurry up getting the money.

He kept his hand in his pocket, so the employee complied with his orders and gave him the money.

The suspect then fled the area. No injuries were reported and it is still unclear if the suspect had a weapon or not.

Columbus Police say the suspect is about 5’9″ tall. He weighs 200 pounds and is in his late twenties to early thirties. He had a scruffy beard and was wearing a tan hat, dark blue jacket, light blue baggy pants, and clear framed glasses.
