World Cup qualifying returns to Mapfre Stadium: USA vs Mexico

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Team USA will return to Mapfre Stadium, once again to compete in a World Cup qualifying match against Mexico.

Friday evening’s match will be the fifth consecutive time the two teams will have squared off in Columbus, during the qualifying cycle.

Team USA won all of the first four matches 2-0, prompting the rally cry “Dos a Cero.”

Fans attending Friday’s match are reminded of the stadium’s bag policy.

No bags larger than 14″ x 6″ x 14″ will be allowed inside Mapfre Stadium.

As a reminder, the Mapfre Stadium gates open at 5:00pm.
